چکیده
Increased expression of Bcl-2 protein has been demonstrated in various cancerous and precancerous lesions. The B-cell lymphoma-2 gene is a proto-oncogene that inhibits apoptosis, therefore keeping the cell alive. Mutations leads to an overexpression products leading apoptosis impairment resulting neoplastic changes as consequence. Hence, objective study was investigate fibro epithelial polyp (FP), oral dysplasia (OED) squamous carcinoma (OSCC).
